Pasta Chef for a day, you will have an intensive pasta day in which you will be taught various techniques and recipes.
At the end you will be given a mystery basket with ingredients.
You will create your own pasta dish with a sauce using what you have learned during the day.
During the course you will be taught not only pasta and sauces but also which sauces are best suited to which pasta.
The winner will take away a small prize.

Cost per person is 120 euro. For groups with children or for groups with more than 6 adult participants contact us directly for a quotation.
The meats for the dinners and courses are purchased in a boutique butcher shop in Strada in Chianti (Mastrocicciao).
Fruit and vegetables are purchased at a greengrocer in Strada in Chianti. Both shops are family run and they have high quality products.
When possible I purchase flour from an organic farm in San Casciano where it is ground on a traditional stone mill.
Wines come from small boutique family run wineries in the area and are mostly organic. When possible Babs purchases organic products.
