Babs Kitchen offers you a range of cooking courses not only in terms of the recipes that can be taught but also in terms of the duration of the courses.
Half day courses start at 10am, lunch is at about 12:30 where you will eat your creations.
Longer courses are also available for those that want to maximize the experience.

Cost per person is 120 euro. For groups with children or for groups with more than 6 adult participants contact us directly for a quotation.

The meats for the dinners and courses are purchased in a boutique butcher shop in Strada in Chianti (Mastrocicciao).
Fruit and vegetables are purchased at a greengrocer in Strada in Chianti. Both shops are family run and they have high quality products.
When possible I purchase flour from an organic farm in San Casciano where it is ground on a traditional stone mill.
Wines come from small boutique family run wineries in the area and are mostly organic. When possible Babs purchases organic products.
